Patrick Menasco
Co-founder and CEO
Patrick is a DC-based lawyer, real estate entrepreneur and investor. As a lawyer, Patrick has over twelve years’ experience advising major domestic and international financial institutions regarding capital markets, investment management and other financial issues at Steptoe. A previous partner in the Freeman Development Group, he participated in a variety of real estate ventures that have successfully developed over $30 million in residential real estate and sold rights to a planned $65 million hotel project. Recent venture investments include a highly successful Crossfit business.
Paul Ballas
Co-founder
Paul is a Virginia-based tech entrepreneur and programmer. Paul most recently served as marketing director and product manager at a DC tech startup. Paul has deep roots in the DC tech and startup community and often consults for tech startups on product design and marketing. He is a frequent speaker at tech events, including programs at Georgetown and George Washington Universities, The Motley Fool and other tech meet-ups. Before embarking on his tech career, Paul was an equity and fixed-income trader at Bank of America.
